Ingredients

Green Ker, Chilli Powder, Edible Oil, Iodised Salt, Fennel Seeds, Mustard Seeds, Fennel Seeds, Turmeric Powder, Asafoetida, Acidity Regulator (E260), Class II Preservatives (INS211).

Storage Instructions

1. Store in a cool and dry place.
2. Maintain a layer of oil on top.
3. Do not use wet spoon.
4. Preferably refrigerate after opening.

Shelf Life

12 months from the date of packaging.

Making this traditional pickle involves a lengthy and painful process but once its ready, the reward is superlative. It is savoury and has a hint of spice. Compared to Gunda Keri the Gunda Pickle has a lesser portion of cut raw mango pieces in it.
