Khatti Keri Pickle

A Gujarati style mango pickle. Made using the finest Ladva Mangos from Gujarat and the most premium quality Kashmiri Chilli powder which makes it mild spicy and gives it a rich red colour. The masala is combination of split mustard and fenugreek seeds making the pickle more flavourful and wholesome.

Ingredients

Raw Mango (41%), Sunflower Oil, Mustard Seeds, Iodised Salt, Chilli Powder, Fenugreek Seeds, Turmeric Powder, Asafoetida, Contains Class II Preservatives (INS211).

Storage Instructions

1. Store in a cool and dry place.
2. Maintain a layer of oil on top.
3. Do not use wet spoon.
4. Preferably refrigerate after opening.

Shelf Life

12 months from the date of packaging.
