Methi Chana Keri Pickle

Just like our Methya Mango pickle, the Methi Chana Keri is a recipe straight out of Gujarat. Often found in gujju houses, this pickle is a blend of raw mangoes, soaked and dried chana (gram), spices and soaked and dried whole fenugreek. It is tangy, crunchy, little spicy and very delicious. Ingredients

Fenugreek (30%), Raw Mango, Sunflower Oil, Gram, Iodised Salt, Chilli Powder, Mustard Seeds, Asafoetida, Turmeric Powder, Contains Class II Preservatives (INS211).

Storage Instructions

1. Refrigerate after opening.
2. Maintain a layer of oil on top.
3. Do not use wet spoon.
4. Keep away from direct sunlight.

Shelf Life

12 months from the date of packaging.
