A traditional Gujarati recipe, Homepick's Koro Sambhar/ Methya Sambhar is a simple yet flavourful blend of split mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, salt & kashmiri chilli powder. This authentic masala tastes incredible when sprinkled over khakras, dhokla, parathas or even khichdi. It can also be used as the base masala for making mango pickle. This versatile spice mix, Homepick's Koro Sambhar adds the perfect kick to your meals, giving you the taste of regional India in every bite & even makes it easy for you to craft your own achar!

Traditionally sprinkled over khakhras with ghee & even enjoyed with steamed rice dumplings [Gujarati dish called khichu] & dhoklas.
Can be added to khichdi & can also be used as a ready base for pickling vegetables.
Can be even added to plain parathas for a flavourful twist.
