Rajasthani Ker Sangri Pickle is a unique & traditional pickle from the Indian state of Rajasthan. It is made using dried Ker berries & Sangri beans, which are commonly found in the arid regions of Rajasthan. The berries & beans are first sun-dried to enhance their flavours & then mixed with a blend of aromatic spices such as cumin, mustard, fennel & chilli powder. The mixture is then marinated in oil, vinegar & lemon juice to give it a tangy & sour taste.

Traditionally enjoyed with Dal Baati & Jowar Rotis .
Can also be had with curd rice, gatte ki sabzi with bajra roti.
1. Store in a cool & dry place.
2. Do not use a wet spoon.
3. Preferably refrigerate after opening.
4. Maintain a layer of oil on top.
