Homepick was started with the idea of offering people food products that give consumers a feel of home. To achieve this we stick to authentic recipes, good quality ingredients and processes which retain the taste and texture of the products. We make smaller batches for better control and cater to limited audiences to avoid commercialisation of our products.
Yes. All the packaging used by us is certified food grade. We procure test certificates from our packaging partners to ensure the same.
After an order is placed our logistics partner will pick your order from our premises on the next business day. We are based in Mumbai so all orders within the city generally reach after 2 working days. For all orders outside the city or state it may take 5 to 7 working days. Kindly note that we ship your orders using third party logistics services and any delay or lapses in delivery is beyond our control.

In such a scenario we recommend that you immediately take clear pictures of the complete package and an unboxing video that includes the outer box and the products inside and send us an email along with the order number. Our team will assist you in the best way possible. Depending on the situation we will either reship your order or issue a partial or complete refund.
While we take utmost care during packaging your products, sometimes packaging can develop a leak. This is nothing but an occasional failure of the seal placed under the lid. Sometimes this may also happen due to mishandling of products by third party logistics companies during transit. This is beyond our control. In case it's just an oil or water leak and if the product is still inside the jar - it’s completely safe to consume. Just transfer the contents in a new jar. In case the damage is heavy please share clear images along with order details over email (customercare@nayanfoods.com) within 24 hours of receiving your order and our team will be happy to assist you.
All our products have clear storage instructions mentioned on the label of the product. We urge you to follow them as they may differ from product to product.
We have a big product range. The nature of some of our products is such that we need to add preservatives in them. But we do have some products which are free of preservatives. We urge you to read the ingredients carefully.
Currently we are not accepting orders from outside India through our website. But you can email us your requirement on customercare@nayanafoods.com. We will ship your order via courier. Shipping charges will be as per actuals and will be communicated to you beforehand. Once we receive 100% payment your order will be shipped.

Most products have a shelf life of 1 year but a few of our products have a shelf life of 6 months. The same is clearly mentioned on the packaging of our products. Kindly refer to the product label.
Once an order is confirmed, Nayana Foods And Beverages - Homepick will not accept return or refund requests. However in situations where the product is damaged or goes missing during transit or for any quality related issues we will need you to notify us over email within 24 hours of receiving the order. We will need you to send us 2 clear images of the entire package including the secondary packaging, an unboxing video and the order details. Please share the same to customercare@nayanafoods.com. Kindly wait for 72 hrs for our team to respond to your email.
